January 19: Taking the lunge.
I resumed physical therapy this week, but instead of my therapist coming to me, I went to his hospital and used the equipment there. I walked (!) to meet him, rode the stationary bicycle, did some lunges, worked on extension and flexion, and walked (!) home. It was indeed a workout, but being sore never felt so good.
