December 6: To market, to market.
One of my favorite things about Christmas in Europe is the holiday market that each town sets up in its main plaza. This is the one in our town, where we went to celebrate Romania’s Independence Day. Honey, cookies, cakes, crafts, mulled wine, hot bread … The bounty is endless, and the experience is unforgettable.
