October 10: Where’s the fire?
Bun is a baby on the move. (He’s almost one and a half, but I’m still going to call him my baby, okay?) We are constantly chasing after him to close doors, hide remotes, bungee-cord cabinets, re-cap markers, re-fold laundry, re-hang towels, and on and on. Romania’s lack of child-proofing devices makes this a formidable challenge. And when the apartment is quiet? It’s too quiet. It usually means he’s sneaking into the dog water or his brother’s sock drawer. He is precocious in a way that my older two children never were, which is equally frustrating and endearing. It’s one thing we can always count on: wherever the action is, Bun is, too.

It’s always a challenge to try and stay one step ahead. (especially since their batteries recharge faster than an adults!) 🙂

My 13 year old boy is still my baby too and he likes it when I call him that. I so enjoy your photos and the stories that go with! ♥
