October 7: Tickling the ivories.
My sweet baby making sweet music. I was amazed how long he sat there, still and quiet, just plinking away on the keys … quite a change from his usual whirling-dervish-destroying-everything-in-his-wake self! I’ll just say, it was nice to listen to some abstract piano tunes instead of matchbox cars thunking onto the wood floors. And it was nice to see my baby so gently but intently focused on music, something very dear to my heart and my husband’s.
