September 24: Apple of my eye.
We unexpectedly ran into some friends at the playground this afternoon, and they invited us back to their house for the evening. The kiddos jumped on the trampoline, ran relays, and ate lots and lots of snacks. But their favorite part was picking apples from the neighbor’s tree and tomatoes from the garden. We even got to take a bag of each home with us.
