July 31: Taxis, taxis everywhere. We played like tourists today (which, technically, I guess we are) and visited our city’s downtown area. We went to a playground, walked to a couple of churches, played in the opera house courtyard, strolled the pedestrian corridor, splashed in a few fountains, had pizza and milkshakes at La Piazzetta, and picked out dessert at a Greek bakery. And then? We napped!
