June 10: Bye-bye, bunnies.
In true Romanian style, we threw ourselves a going-away party on Sunday. Despite trying to give away many of our things, we were inundated with thoughtful, personal, touching gifts, from an ostrich egg to this book of Romanian photographs being inscribed by its giver. It was a wonderful, albeit bittersweet, party.
